1.5 oz Espadin Mezcal (I used Del Maguey Vida)
1 oz Midori
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
4 Dashes Cucumber Bitters
Add to shaker, shake on ice, open, set aside for 1-2 minutes until the thing calmed down, double strain into coup. No Garnish.
