Not the fanciest photo, but "pics or didn't happen". My family is finally less suspicious about kambucha. This gave me a green light to brew it at home for the first time. I used a starter kit from the local brand - BŪKČIA. It includes a SCOBY (aka mushroom), sugar, two tea bags and some other extras. All I needed was a container and water. According to public internet formulas, there were a bit to small amounts of ingredients in the kit, but we will see in a week 🤞
