@cbctop_mirror@mastodon.hongkongers.net One of the greatest sins in the Federal Public Service is to speak out about a toxic workplace. If you embarrass senior management you will be punished. Everybody knows that. The worst offernders are CBSA, Department of Defense and RCMP. Heavily male dominated Departments, gee I wonder if there is a link 😅. Increase female participation until parity is achieved then you will se a change in culture, not until then.
