taking a short break now that the novel is done. it feels weird not to be writing anything, like i'm wasting my precious free time. but i know that i have to lie fallow sometimes, and work out new ideas in my imagination before they are ready for the page. maybe i can set the goal of dreaming up a title for the sequel. (i plan to have two books total, not a series.)
