Upgrading my #RaspberryPi5 from Bookworm to Trixie. Mid upgrade the terminal window suddenly disappears as it's upgraded and I'm left with a pending upgrade process waiting for some input 🤦 kill -9 and retry "apt upgrade" seems to work for now...
