Most instances have rules against bigotry and exclusionary behaviour, which rules out a lot of “statements” from one side…

Then you rule them out on those basis, not their general 'right wing' classification. Include everyone, but exclude specific content. The 'go away' or 'go back' BS is exclusive, not inclusive, and should be moderated similarly to bigotry.
