Given what is going on in the world, #silentSunday is destined to increasingly become an act of #radicalselflove. Switch off the #news and enjoy #breathing. Enjoy #hereandnow, the very underrated only #truth there is. And yes, eventually you can go into #organising, campaigning, advocating later in the week. But for now, enjoy being. If you must DO rather than BE, try #crafts, the #arts. Something to give the world the colours you want to see. Because no one else is going to do that for you.
