I had to break the 2eps-per-day rule once again cause this is such a good streak such a peak end to this arc I loved it so much also is it just me or they went WAY harder with the animation than usual here???? the shading on the mobile suits, the nighttime combat scene ..and that INSANE shot of takaki's mobile worker running away from an enemy mobile suit right before galan struck it down, I fucking love so much how it played with scale to make the mobile worker feel so powerless in comparison to proper ms'es also all the breaks inbetween with takaki and aston bonding over mundane daily life, eating together with takaki's sister and all, the looming suspense of not knowing when mika's group would make it to earth after being cut off for a whole month... FUCK such an insane arc
