@tubsta@social.bsdlab.au @latenightlinux@mastodon.social honestly? With quiet resignation at this point. If even Debian are going to allow slop code, I have two choices. Either I give up on Linux and buy a Mac (or just use my M1 Air), or I just accept it.
I've thought long and hard about this and ultimately I have to think about my mental health. I don't want to go back to construction so what choice do I have? I'll keep speaking up though. Just from a slop infested Linux box.

@joeress@mastodon.social @tubsta@social.bsdlab.au @latenightlinux@mastodon.social in fairness Linux will be less infested than the others and we can see it, unless Apple have announced they absolutely won't, but we'd also have to trust them, no doubt they'll call it iThought and therefore can pretend it's different and leave it undeclared.
