@Kevin7557@poa.st @Terry@poa.st @TarnishedYarmulke@nicecrew.digital It's not uncommon for solders who live through particularly brutal combat to tend to try every possible diplomatic means before going to war.
Hitler himself is an example of this, part of why he went so far as to drop leaflets over England calling for peace was because he survived some of the most horrific fighting in WW1, he knew what war meant and didn't want to put the German youth through want he went through.
