Bought a digital train ticket via the SWR app. Train is cancelled. No problem, I’ll just go to the app and get a refund… Like fuck that’s even an option. Is it worth £3.50 to go find the refund form, fill it out, and send it to SWR? Is it fuck. Do they know that? Of course they do. Greedy cunts. Greedy, now nationalised, but still the same, cunts.
