I migrated Mattermost to Postgres and installed the Mostlymatter binary to jump through the 10k message limit, but things are sadly not looking good. First of all the upgrade was not smooth - it didn't migrate our Boards, which was unexpected. I had to pgloader them separately. The Mostlymatter binary enables the MM "Free Edition"; it works but disables a number of features like scheduled message-send and group calls. All in all it looks like MM is going into a full-blown entshitification. #mattermost #selfhosting #selfhost #opensource #entshitification
