AFAIK there's no official bird weighing equipment out there, so most of us just use random things that fit birds. Have also seen toilet rolls and different sized plastic soda bottles (with the top part cut off).
Another option is to hang them in a bag on a spring scale, but I've myself only seen that used for larger birds that aren't as easy to fit on a traditional scale.
