For euro cylinders, electrician's tape can help organize keyways. I now have a set of cylinders with "tape" and "no-tape" sides and I can pick first the tape, then the no tape. This way I have a way to at least know I didn't touch the same keyway twice in one session. Sure, the lock is asymmetrical, but hell, this looks more obvious.
