did you know that you can find free Cortex M0 development boards at the side of the road? folks call them disposable vapes but they're hackable, and i've reverse engineered a bunch of them! see https://github.com/schlae/VapeRE/

many of these vapes bring the ARM SWD lines out through the charging connector's CC lines. with a simple breakout board and an SWD dongle you can reprogram the firmware.

@tubetime hmmmm... i sometimes find vapes on the ground. might be worth while to start collecting them to see if i can use them for my ee hardware hacking experiments.

@tubetime I'm not familiar with what the vapes look like just after somebody has disposed of them. What do they look like before stripping off the unusable parts? I want to know what I should be looking for.

I'm almost envious! Either these aren't that popular in my city, or people are just better with carrying things to trashcans, or a bit of both, but I've never seen one of these on the ground.
