@EUCommission@ec.social-network.europa.eu Discord Inc should be added to the list of VLOPs. Discord is a chat application reaching about a hundred million EU users. Discord Inc is grossly neglecting privacy laws, by giving users access to bots, which are widely used without any regards to the GDPR. Furthermore, Discord Inc does not intervene on requests regarding GDPR. The Dutch Data Protection Authority is the authority regarding privacy for Discord Inc. Given public information and transparency reports of the authority, it fails to ensure company compliance to laws. DDPA is delaying and ignoring complaints, seemingly due to the mass of complaints they receive.
