Saudi crude skipping Hormuz leaves by the Red Sea coast. In April the Houthis promised not to hit those ports, if Riyadh de-escalated and stayed out of the war (CNN via Yemen Monitor). They have hit that coast since late July: three claimed hits on the Aramco refinery at Jizan, the latest unconfirmed, and a Houthi source said it answered Saudi violations of Yemeni airspace (Reuters, 13 August).
