how… THE FUCK… can that be legal? How can you be appointed to a government position when you went to prison for abusing that exact position?

She isn't a clerk this time and is not supposed to have access to the voting system. Still an insanely idiotic move though. The guy she is replacing seems to be a total moron too. Colorado should deny her permission to leave the state. Problem solved.
