❗️Zelensky says Kyiv has remained one of Putin's main goals since the beginning of the war and Russia could attempt a new offensive in that direction to create a "buffer zone." He also said Moscow may announce another mobilization wave after its elections, largely avoiding the biggest cities. According to Zelensky, Russia plans to recruit about 300,000 additional personnel during 2026 and an even larger number in 2027. #Ukraine
