Second on Scratch. Then Python or Java. (Pretty sure windows doesn’t come with any compilers anymore. Even if it did, it lacks an ide.)

Yup thinking it’s for kids is a misnomer one of the most powerful tools to understand concepts in real time. Thonny and Python are a pretty good successsion.
