Forks are funny. They weren’t the primary instrument for a long time. In renaissance times in Italy, they were considered to be used by only Italian dandies. To me that sounds like a 90s insult. If you use a fork, you’re gay. Spoons and chopsticks have otherwise been the primary utensils for forever, as far as history is concerned.
