I just had a Hell of an experience at RBC. Ended up being the angry tranny voicing frustrations and issues trans people have with things like deadnaming with e-transferssclient cards, and not having multiple IDs because im still in the process of my legal name change. Told their manager how it’s pretty bullshit that RBC advertises for Pride™️ yet has policies that not only humiliate but endangers trans people. She asked me what a deadname is and what being outted is. Says something about their policies/training/awareness… not that I’m surprised, but Jesus Christ, am I the first trans person they’ve talked to?
