The new Jolla Phone's "Day 1" celebration was held in the capital city of Finland, Helsinki on 8th July 2026. We, two members of Gecos Analytics were present and received our new, shiny #Jolla phones running the open source #SailfishOS.

We've used Linux-based phones a long time. Nokia N900 was the first, followed by the original #Jolla Phone in 2013 followed by Sony Xperia phones (X and XA2). These phones had the commercial version of #SailfishOS installed on them. 3/30
