I just finished the game, and I was very happy to see Chloe again and so glad Max and Chloe got a happy ending together. But for a while there I was worried it would all come undone. Towards the end when Safi talks to Chloe in Moses’ lab, I realized this is the first time they meet. When Chloe steals the mask from Safi, they’re suspiciously out of view, from both the player and Max. What if whatever time shenanigans Max pulled to save Safi at the end of Double Exposure messed with Safis mind so much, that Chloe isn’t back at all, and Safi has a sort of split personality and sometimes thinks she’s Chloe. Her powers make her look like her when she’s in an “episode” like that. There’s a lot of holes in that theory, because luckily that’s not what’s going on. I would have been devastated if it was the case for Chloe, but it could be an interesting plot for other characters. #LifeIsStrange #LifeIsStrangeReunion
