I have faced the same and these are really discouraging times to live and do just *shit*. But as long as there is people who refuses to use them, good old shit will still exist! (I try to refuse it as much as possible, but it is "an allowed and encouraged" """""tool""""" in classes) But I have a hopeful regard to the future, I think people is getting tired of AI too, and when it is no profitable anymore, everyone will try to escape from it as soon as possible just because something else is trend, I'm just wondering what this something else will be... Also, I think there are uses that fit it well, like translating or summarizing stuff, but yeah, the cost of using it, in climate impact and in internet enshittification, is not worth it
