A crop from THE EXECUTIONER'S MEAL, one of 49 artworks I painted for THE SECRET LIVES OF DINOSAURS, written by Dr Dean Lomax - Palaeontologist. It features a Nothosaurus giganteus taking off the head of a Tanystropheus hydroides - yes, there is fossil evidence for this behaviour!
