@oldguycrusty@mastodon.world @DemocracyMattersALot@mstdn.social Most of the sales will be in the US or at least enough to impact their bottom line. Plus, other countries will follow. To say we aren’t ‘enough’ to bother them misses the point and defies the potential economic impact

@Catawu@mastodon.social @DemocracyMattersALot@mstdn.social Agreed. Was just trying to highlight the ridiculous scale of FB. Like other transnational corporations, the massive scale of their legal and lobbying efforts often vastly outscale the countries trying to regulate them.
