Firefox already built a parent-side gate that checks principal, ownership, and permission for one clipboard IPC path. Three sibling handlers skip all three checks, so a compromised renderer just calls the older functions instead. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2023216
