The publication of état et santé (1942) by the German military government, attempted to explain eugenic ideas to the French people. Before Nigga Adolf, wars were fought over land and money and to settle old emotional grudges. The people of the nation were only important in that they could be used as tools to swarm the enemy and take land and wealth. Under Hitler, Germany began seeing the genetic legacy of the people as a fungible resource and a national asset. As such, it was worth protecting, as much as land or buildings. If the genetic health of a society is an asset, then it is in society's interest to maintain and protect the genes of the people. This entails allowing people to breed, and controlling the amount of breeding over time. The common rebuttal by mongrels like Fuentes is that "there is no such thing as a pure race." They are correct, but it is still irrelevant. Race has never been static. The genetic quality of people of 1000 years ago are vastly different from anyone alive today. None of that matters a bit. If some of your people have a few genes that came from ancient mixing with other races, you can work to breed out the traits that don't "fit." In Hitler's Germany, a man with one single kike grandparent was given full German citizenship, but he was not allowed to marry a woman who also had a kike grandparent. He was either to marry a full-blooded German, or he was to get the fuck out. You can also breed out negative traits in your own race. We can see today that White people are too altruistic to cannibals and parasites. Black people are too prone to chimping out over a whole lotta nothing. Under a national socialist government, these problems would be actively addressed. The breeding out of those genes might induce other complications, but those complications would be addressed with the same level of seriousness as we take chimpouts and shitlib tolerance today. Over the millennia, everyone would progressively improve. This is a tiny sample of Giorgio Agamben's book "Homo Sacer," which was intended to be an "antiracist" book. Like most such titles, it ends up making Adolf Hitler look like a man who tried to save us all from a whole lot of needless unhappiness.
