I'm falling in love with Meshcore. Allow me to explain: I didn't expect it to be any interesting, I was just curious about being able to text my partner without any mobile broadband signal AT ALL, because Galicia has far far too many places, especially here in Sada where this is actually true, starting from nearby Fragas do Eume or the nearby forest. But now, it feels like what I was seeking with XMPP or DeltaChat, total privacy without any third parties involved. It reminds me of BitChat, chat over Bluetooth except it isn't, he can go really really far and the conversation is still instant, over Lora. The app needs some polishing yet it is an open source effort, so contributing is a matter of investing time. And even what it can already do is quite awesome. #meshcore
