To ease my dread, I played Fields of Mistria on my laptop before bed...As I checked out the inside of my Desktop. As the graphics card wasn't registering. Looked at the BIOS as well. Seems like there was a hardware failure and it can't be saved easily. It would take a lot of effort to save (and money) which means I need to take the damn thing apart and store the parts appropriately until I could do that. Ugh. What a time for this shit to happen, I can salvage the Ryzen 7, potentially the graphics card as well. As the motherboard is the thing which is truly fucked. Just need to be able to store this thing long term. Need to make a list of all the parts and find a compatible motherboard and case. Since the RAM is still healthy, I could save that as well. The storage is even great. I could do with a new cooling fan, case, and a few little additions. #PC
