Just got back from an early morning bike ride through the countryside. It was actually cool and lovely out there, which is a nice little plot twist before the meeja starts hyperventilating about our "6th heatwave". I've also fully accepted my new identity as someone who does the grey-watering routine for the garden. What started as a chore is just a normal habit now. 😂 Anyway, over the rest of the day I plan to just relax and recharge. It’s the best health hack I know. #sunday #recharge
