Honestly that’s scary as hell. Both ways: when it charges you or thinking there is technology that creates a need to develop this defense. And that technology is really easy to turn against the little people. Tanks are ‘easy to spot’ as something dangerous - need a lot of resource and man power - drones are too freaking cheap…
