@stefano@mastodon.bsd.cafe @_hic_haec_hoc@fosstodon.org @nuintari@mastodon.bsd.cafe and even in those specific dishes, it’s usually just a splash. I can remember just one dish I would make with panna - Tortellini Panna, Prosciutto e Piselli.
