@Tamasg@mindly.social Calling it vibe coding is like calling your use of spellcheck or autocorrect vibe editing. You do still need to know what you're doing with the tool, or yeah, what's gonna come out is slop. If you say "write me a program that does X", you will absolutely get a program that does X. But you will be leaving all of the decisionmaking re: what that program looks like up to the AI. Would you leave all the decisionmaking of what word to use up to autocorrect? Then don't do that with AI. Sadly, far too many people will let autocorrect make the final decision. And those are the people producing AI slop.
