It would force public services to have physical offices with actual workers again. It argues that relying exclusively on online services is not only discriminatory (need/cost of a computer, a printer, of basic computer knowledge, websites not adapted for people with disability...) but also that the State has a duty to give people access to public services in any way possible. #publicservice #job #online
