@Sustainable2050@mastodon.energy Lake Constance, where that part of the Rhine starts, is just 3 cm over its lowest level of this year at 276cm. Since 1900 its only been in 2003 when the level of Lake Constance fell below its lowest spring-level in august, but then it was in the last week of august.
