Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has rejected U.S. President Donald Trump’s fifteen-point plan for Gaza, stating that Israeli soldiers will not withdraw from Gaza until Hamas is completely disarmed. According to a report by the Reuters news agency, Netanyahu said yesterday at a cabinet meeting that some of the American proposals are unacceptable and Israel will stand firm against any opposing positions. He added that until Hamas surrenders all its weapons, from heavy artillery to light arms, Israeli soldiers will not withdraw from Gaza. Meanwhile, a member of the Hamas movement has stated they are prepared to responsibly embrace and implement a peace board’s plan. Trump's plan for Gaza includes disarming the Hamas movement, the withdrawal of Israel from Gaza, and several other points.
