@gracehill.bsky.social I think the one which threw me out of the story the most was "council" rather than "console" (it was a Doctor Who story, so they were talking about the TARDIS console.) No, actually, I am mistaken, the worst one in recent memory, which made me give up on the story completely, was using "Parthenon" instead of "Pantheon". (Yes, an Asgard-centric Marvel fic).
