All this because of a (repeated) signal failure one of the lines. This happens quite frequently in the area when there's heat (and otherwise to a lesser extent). Maybe we should update the signals so this doesn't happen so much? That would likely involve committing to a long-term and well-managed upgrade programme though, which isn't something we're very good at here
