I have seen articles talking about how trump is eliminating the Medicare Part D subsidy in 2027 & I was freaking out a bit. That subsidy is why last year I only paid $11+ a month & now in 2026 I pay $89+ & without it this year I would be paying $110 a month. But I didn’t realize that “extra help” subsidy made it so CVS/Aetna had paid NOTHING for my meds this year. How dare they deny me any prescriptions when they aren’t even paying anything?? So now I understand why the Wall Street Journal is freaking out about this. They are upset that the Medicare part D programs might have to actually start paying for people’s medication. And yes, I know that means they’ll pass it on to us, but they’ve been getting a whole bunch of free government handouts and they voted for this so they should maybe work on opposing it. #Medicare #PartD #ExtraHelp #CVS #Aetna #grifters #SilverScripts
