This is kind of funny. I have a codebase for my agentic coding class. The purpose of the class isn’t to teach what buttons to push or type, but how it impacts the SDLC, role, risk of skill atrophy, how to onboard junior devs, etc. There are several exercises where they look at a codebase and try to find bugs, predict where something needs to change, etc. to gauge their skills against the agents. It’s not to make them feel bad, but to show that their role remains judgement, prioritization, etc.
