I'm starting to realize that my argument that companies shouldn't use LLMs to replace their workforce because it causes them to miss out on learnings hinges on two very critical pieces I forgot (or more likely don't want to be false): Companies want people to learnPeople want to learnAnd both are very hit or miss 😿
