@SleepyCatten@cultofshiv.wtf my team are luckily not gatekeepers, some being trans themselves. And there are doctors in the team that can prescribe hormones, so I don't have to go to an external endocrinologist, most likely (except if my heart issue requires special treatment). So yeah, I'm hopeful so far ☺️
