@meljoann@topspicy.social holy shit this is awesome. I am now going to actively work on getting my web presence for my musical project online because this was one of the last tools I felt I was missing.
Do you know if there is a way to architect a low bitrate stream for non-subscribers and a high bitrate stream for people who subscribe?

@unsafelyhotboots@sharkey.world oh wow, not sure if bitrate is exposed to the plugins system… there is a matrix chat room here if you wanna ask! https://matrix.to/#/#owncast.support:matrix.org I know you can make Owncast streams private though, so it could be a good candidate for dedicated subscriber-only server
