Some people think aphasia, speech problems, like slowness, loss of words, etc, due to a medical condition, like neurological, and/or aging, etc. equates to a mental capacity loss. Nay Nay, people. Don't try to make someone a mark because the con might just get turned back on you and you become the mark. lol
