    @sebhans@hachyderm.io It is good to put a name to it. For public services, such as welfare, it'd be enlightened for the very senior people in that service to be required each year to complete a customer facing scenario while being recorded - e.g. they're sent a letter saying they've been overpaid welfare for the last 8 years they've been a seasonal and gig worker, and need to provide details. These scenarios have written themselves and are familiar to community organisations, who could be contracted for good money to produce and administer the tests 😉
