@janhoglund@mastodon.nu Every Judge on the Bench has the power to stop this stupidity in it's tracks. All that "His Honor" has to do is toss every vindictive prosecution case and refer the attorney who presented it, to their state Bar for sanctions and other appropriate punishment, including loss of their bar card .. as in John Eastman! Make that common procedure and all of this crap will go away because Trump won't find an attorney willing to file it!
