Hmm, what does Amine Oxide do?
(Wikipedia says it's a stabilizer)

Ethyoxylated Alcohol... ah, just a surfactant (to remove crap off the surface of whatever it touches). "...Alcohol ethoxylates and ethoxysulfates are surfactants..." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethoxylation
