@wendythedruid@thistlenfern.org Found dried white beans 50cent\lb at the discount grocery. Those are 'we aint got shit for a couple weeks' rations. Next cheapest we use the most is more beans and eggs. Or maybe cow milk. I use milk in lots of my soups and sauces for the protein and b12 cuz I don't eat meat very often Potato soup cooked in milk, salted butter and pepper is a meal in a bowl Add on some cooked greens and\or bacon if you're feeling fancy. I prefer homemade corn bread
